Alight Technologies would like to offer clients the opportunity to participate on cashing in on the LED frenzy with our latest product the LED badge. This LED badge is an inexpensive yet elegant product that can be used to promote, advertise, or simply draw attention to your brand name. While the low price makes it is a perfect product that can be used as a giveaway promotional item, the fascinating LEDs assure that the product isn’t just thrown away but instead used repeatedly. This product is a great hit among all ages and often ends up being proudly displayed on refrigerator doors, door frames, cars or even bicycles to name a few.

These LED badges are made from fiberglass circuit board that contain all of the electronics. The color image is then printed onto the surface and covered with a clear layer of epoxy for ruggedness. The battery holder and pin attachment are securely fixed by soldering to the back of the circuit board. Each badge comes packaged in a protective bag and also has a removable plastic tab preventing the included batteries from accidental discharge.

Custom Order Options

  • Shape
    • Badges can be ordered with a completely unique shape defined by the client. Most any shape is possible but will be approved on an individual bases. Sharp edges or very thin shapes are not advised.
    • All shapes have to fit inside a surface area of 1.4 square inches or 9 square centimeters.
    • Larger shapes are available at a minimal extra cost.
  • Picture
    • Custom picture can be done in up to 4 different silk-screening colors.
    • Additional colors are available at a minimal extra costs.
  • LEDs
    • Red, Green, Yellow, and Blue LED colors are available.
    • Maximum of 5 LEDs per badge.
    • Maximum of 1 blue LED.
    • LED placement can be specified.
    • LED firing suquence can be specified.
    • Additional LEDs available at extra cost.
  • There are three attachment options available to choose from:
    • Double magnets

      One magnet is attached to the badge while the other magnet can be placed inside clothing to hold the badge in place. The magnets used are strong neodymium magnet.
    • Button pin

      Basically a pointed post with a matching button that fits over the post. The post is pressed through the clothing with the button securing it on the other side.
    • Safety pin

      This is very similar to a generic safety pin.
  • Custom Options
    • Other custom options are available for orders larger than 5000.
